The rooms of the hotel were reasonably spacious with very comfortable bed. Location: the property was very close to the center, Phnom Pen, and the bus station. It also was to Laos 1000 Island...

No in-room safe!!! Clearer communication needed regarding additional charges!!! A more formalized experience would elevate the stay, especially during breakfast, which shouldn't feel like a home stay seminar.

The owner barged into my room without warning just to fiddle with the AC, turned off at awful hours. And what about that small blood stain on the sheets? I nearly wrote a glowing review, but the complete lack of class left me disgusted.

Cozy atmosphere with a lovely outdoor space.
The manager was intrusive, often barging into rooms unannounced. On one occasion, she shouted into the shower about needing toilet paper! It felt rude and inconsiderate. The air conditioning kept switching off without warning, and no one bothered to help when I asked about local attractions.

Couple seeking cozy stay
Owner was helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and introduced us to an amazing tuk-tuk driver who was always prompt and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, giving us the perfect place to relax after long days. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. The nearby food options were plentiful and delicious!
It wasn't exactly cheap, considering some of the minor inconveniences.
